Tom’s Burgers

It’s summer! It’s barbecue season! And I’ve been busy in the kitchen creating Tom’s burgers. Yum Yum! Easy to make. Quick to cook on the barbecue and very, very tasty. Because us doggies deserve our own little burger on the barbecue, don’t we?

Here’s Tom’s Burger recipe for you to enjoy my friends …

What you need to make Tom’s Burgers …

  • A little bit of steak mince (we used a small handful to make a couple of burgers for Tillie and me)
  • A little bit of grated cheese – we used cheddar and parmesan
  • A few fresh herbs – we like basil and oregano for a bolognaise inspired burger

Steak and cheese! What’s not to love?

Herbs are good too. Tillie’s hippy name is Herb. My hippy name is Marigold. Tillie chose our hippy names.

How to make Tom’s Burgers …

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture up – I get a a desert spoonful of mixture per burger. I’m big. Tillie is small so she gets smaller burgers.
  3. Make little patties by rolling the mixture in your paw, place on a tray lined with baking paper and then flatten to make them look like a burger.
  4. Cook the burgers on the barbecue (or under a grill).
  5. Let the burgers cool down.
  6. Eat the burgers. Down the puggy chute.

In the garden. On the beach. At the camp site. You can enjoy Tom’s burgers wherever you have a barbecue.

Tillie and Tom have no sensitivities to the ingredients used in this recipe and we only use ingredients that our humans eat too.

We recommend that burgers and other treats are eaten in moderation.
